Located in the beautiful Village of Charlotte, which is known for being peaceful and well maintained, our villa is in the Devon Villas section. Residents will tell you that they love this area! This area offers a excellent recreational, dining, and shopping options all within a short golf cart ride!

PLEASE NOTE:

Small dogs under 35 pounds preferred. Due to owner's extreme allergies, NO cats are allowed.

Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more.

A golf cart is provided with this rental. You are responsible for proper use of the golf cart and any damages that incur during your stay. Please follow the instructions for use provided to you at the property. We ask that you return the golf cart full of fuel to avoid additional refuel charges.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
