Please note: This home is just off Bus 29 and is in the outskirts of downtown Lynchburg. Downtown Lynchburg is home to much history and industry. Much of the area is in the process of being revitalized. Many homes are recently updated, in the process of being updated, or in need of being updated. As this property is in Lynchburg city, parking is on street (free). The speed limit on the street is 25 mph, however, we cannot control those who do not obey the speed limit. We have provided a small space off street, however, it is a bit steep, and not all guests feel comfortable using it.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
