**Your group will have exclusive use of the property during your stay.** The upstairs portion of Southern Guesthouse will remain closed and will **not** be rented to other guests, so there will never be another group sharing the home or outdoor spaces during your reservation.

Most of the main floor is level; however, this is not a fully step-free property. There is approximately a 6-inch step into portions of the kitchen, bathrooms and Queen bedroom. The living/game room is accessed by 3 small steps.

Planning a celebration or gathering with people who are not included on your reservation? Please contact us before booking. Events are considered on a case-by-case basis and may require additional fees and a separate rental agreement. Unauthorized events or additional guests are not permitted.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
