This area offers a myriad of recreational, dining, and shopping options all within 1 mile and golf cart accessible! For groceries and beverages, Publix and Publix liquors, Fresh Market, Sprouts and a Wal-Mart Supercenter are all in the immediate vicinity. Other nearby shopping options include Bealls, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Ace Hardwarde, CVS, Walgreens, Village Pack n' Ship and Hobby Lobby.

PLEASE NOTE:

Guest ID passes for access to The Villages amenities (golf, pools, rec centers, etc.) must be requested through our store at least a week prior to arrival, and require an additional payment of $50.00. These are only available for stays of 3 days or more.

A golf cart is not provided with this rental. You may rent one through our store link and schedule delivery to the villa for use during your stay. Or if you prefer, we can also provide you with a list of recommended golf cart rentals and you can directly rent them for use during your stay.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
